Gear up for action-packed days of camp! Please note, our camp operates on a full-day basis, and pro-rated pricing is not available for partial attendance. Even if one day is a challenge, we encourage you to seize the excitement and join us for an unforgettable experience!

Participant Agreement Form: Must be completed before your child can attend camp. A link will be provided upon check-out for online submission. We highly recommend designating an emergency contact other than a parent. Payment is due at the time of registration for nonmembers, to confirm registration. A payment link will be sent separately after completing your registration.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Dive into golf and tennis fundamentals with our instructors in a vibrant group setting. As the day unfolds, anticipate thrilling skill-building sessions, lively sports activities, and a unique culinary twist. Cap off your day with exclusive time in the kitchen with or chef, adding a flavorful touch to you unforgettable sporting experience

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Wednesday

          2:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Culinary Activity
          3:00 PM | Pick Up

All participants will be required to sign in AND out each day. There is a 5-minute courtesy window for pick-up. After those 5 minutes, there will be a $10 charge for every additional 10 minutes your child stays at camp.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Parents & Guardians, please sign your child in and out each day. This is not just a logistical step; it is an opportunity for our GTS staff to update you on the day's activities and see how your child is doing.

KIDS CAMP INFORMATION
What you need to bring: Prepare for a day of excitement! Participants should pack a sunscreen, and snacks for each day of the camp. Rental golf clubs and tennis rackets are available at no extra charge. If bringing personal equipment, please ensure everything is labeled with a name and phone number.
Lunch: opt into a box lunch for the week for your child; or bring lunch daily.

ILLNESS
Keep your child at home if they are ill or show any COVID symptoms. If a child becomes sick at camp, the parent or emergency contact will be notified.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We completely understand that plans change, and life is unpredictable. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, as a courtesy to our dedicated coaches, we kindly request cancelations to be made two weeks prior to the start of camp. During this period, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancelations made one week before camp will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice (Friday prior to camp) will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely event that camp needs to be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the resort. Please understand that these cancelations may be made at the last minute.
If you need to cancel due to a positive COVID test, we ask that you provide proof of a positive test to issue any refunds.
