Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with an exclusive, handcrafted pre-fixe menu curated by the renowned Chef Patrick Prager! Join us at the Grill as we dive into a culinary adventure crafted specially for Napa Valley Restaurant Week.


The Grill at Silverado Resort offers lunch and dinner specials throughout Restaurant Week.

2-COURSE LUNCH - $30:

• Endive & Candied Walnut Salad (goat cheese, dried cranberries, buttermilk dressing)
• Foraged Mushroom Pasta (mint pappardelle, olives, pearl onions, crème fraiche)

3-COURSE DINNER - $60*:

• Dungeness crab salad (fennel, citrus, fines herbs aioli) *Sauvignon Blanc
• Lamb Stroganoff (pearl onions, mushrooms, olives, crème fraiche, mint pappardelle) *Petite Sirah
• Dulce de leche cremeux (poached pear, honeycomb, whipped mascarpone) *Late Harvest Viognier
