Format: 4 Person Teams
In this unique format, each team captain will be given one die. After all four players hit their tee shot, you roll the die. If a one (1) comes up, pick the drive of the first person listed on the scorecard, two (2) is the second person listed on the scorecard, etc. If you roll a five (5), play the worst of the four drive and if you roll a six (6), play the best drive. Continue to play form the spot of the tee shot that is used by the team. From this point, the regular scramble format is used until the ball is holed out.
Scoring: To be done by one member of the foursome using the Golf Genius App and one member will keep the gross scores on a paper scorecard which you can pick up before the event. You will indicate in the registration if you are capable of keeping score with GGID.
There will be one winning team per flight. Additional prizes will be randomly distributed.
Twosomes preferred, to be paired with like handicap players. Foursomes and singles are allowed to register. The field is open to 72 players max, so early registration is recommended. Players in excess of this number will be waitlisted.
Registration opens at 6:00am on Friday, April 30th and closes at 6:00am on Friday, July 16th or when the event is sold out. If plans change and you cannot play, you must cancel by 5:00pm on Friday, July 16th or you will be responsible for the cost of each lunch. Cost: $36 inclusive billed to each participant's account.
