Mastering the Short Game

$49 per class, or $179 for all four classes
February 5, 12, 19, 26
9:30a-10:30a

Don't let a flawed short game ruin an otherwise great round of golf. The four-week, four-hour class has been structured to target play from close in to the putting surfaces. Restore confidence in your short game and start to lower your scores immediately.  Our flex-pricing option will allow you to attend the entire four-week series, or attend classes that will benefit you the most.  Dates and topics to be discussed include:

February 5

Putting Essentials - The great equalizer, and probably the most common place where wasted shots occur.  Topics include tempo, stroke, distance control, and reading greens.

February 12

The Chip Shot - Not as cut and dry as you think.  Students will learn how to evaluate the lie, club selection, set-up, execution, and distance control of one of the most fundamental shots in golf.

February 19

Short and Long Pitch Shots - 20 to 30 yard shots, let's keep it simple with this shot.  Students will learn techniques to execute the shot and gain a better understanding of distance control.

February 26

Greenside Bunker Play - The only shot in golf where the club doesn't come in contact with the ball first, and it's easier than you think.  Give me five swings, your ball will be out of the bunker.

*Class meets near the clock at the practice putting green
