Devon Raymond

Devon brings over twelve years of experience in the golf industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Louisiana Monroe, and a B.S. in Sports Management from Grambling State University.

Devon and his family recently returned to Napa after being away for 2 years in Texas, where he was the Head Golf Professional at Falconhead Golf Club. Prior to moving to Texas, Devon was the Tournament Coordinator here at Silverado Resort for five years. Devon, Erica, their two children Mave (almost 3) and Eddy (5 months), and dog June are thrilled to be back in Napa!

Growing up on an island, Devon’s life has always been around the hospitality industry. His dad caddied for the local resort course in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, where Devon learned the game from his dad. He fell in love with the feel of hitting good golf shots, and his hope has always been to introduce that to people and see their reaction when it happens for them. Devon was drawn to the golf profession through his love for the game and passion for serving people to provide a great golf experience at each golf property he’s worked.
